Our UV LED Curing System is designed to retrofit onto existing flexographic presses, including OMET, Bobst, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, and Gallus lines. With optical intensity up to 30W/cm² at 385nm/395nm and water cooling as standard, it's built to handle printing speeds of more than 200 m/min without compromising cure quality.

The cool LED light source helps prevent shrinkage and distortion in heat-sensitive materials, while real-time temperature monitoring and high-temperature alerts help protect your production process. Compared with conventional UV mercury lamps of the same emission width, our UV LED lamps achieve the same printing speeds while reducing energy consumption by approximately 70%.

Will this UV LED system fit my existing flexo press?

How does UV LED curing prevent shrinkage on flexible packaging and labels?

Because UV LED emits far less heat than mercury UV, shrink-sensitive films and label stocks stay stable through curing. The optional shrink material design adds further air-cooling for particularly heat-sensitive substrates.

Can I run UV LED curing at high flexo press speeds?

Yes, with water cooling as standard and optical intensity up to 30W/cm², the system is built to hold consistent cure quality at speeds of 200+ m/min.
