Curing Lamps and Systems

Digital UV LED System

We offer our UV LED curing system for digital and inkjet printing in both water-cooled and fan-cooled versions, giving you precise, line-speed responsive curing without any IR radiation—so heat-sensitive materials cure cleanly, whichever option you choose.

Precise, Responsive UV LED Curing for Digital Print Lines

Our UV LED Curing System is built for UV LED ink curing on digital printing lines, with an emitting window of 350×20mm and power intensity of 15W/cm² across 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelengths. Water cooling supports sustained, high-output performance, and with external I/O signal control, UV power automatically adjusts to match your line speed—keeping cure quality consistent even as production speed changes.

Real-time monitoring of current, voltage and temperature triggers automatic alarms the moment anything drifts out of spec, while remote chiller control, digital dimming and historical alarm logging give you full visibility over your process. With no IR radiation, it's a cold light source suited to curing heat-sensitive materials without distortion.

Digital UV LED System Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the water-cooled and fan-cooled versions?

The water-cooled system is built for sustained, high-output performance on larger digital print lines. The fan-cooled version is more compact, suited to inkjet applications with smaller emitting windows, and includes RS485 Modbus-RTU connectivity for remote control.

Does this system adjust automatically if my line speed changes?

Yes, external I/O signal control lets the system automatically adjust UV power to match line speed, so cure quality stays consistent through speed changes rather than requiring manual retuning.

Is this UV LED system safe for heat-sensitive materials?

Yes. It emits no IR radiation, so it runs as a genuinely cold light source, suited to substrates that would distort or discolour under lamps that generate heat alongside UV output.

What wavelength do I need for my UV ink?

It depends on how your ink is formulated. This system covers 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm, which spans the range most digital and inkjet UV inks are designed around — send us your ink specification and we'll confirm the right match.
