Victory Appoints Neil Avner Çikurel as Global Technical Director

We’re pleased to welcome Neil Avner Çikurel to Victory as our new Global Technical Director, strengthening our technical expertise across infrared (IR), ultraviolet (UV) and our growing Solutions business.

Neil brings more than 25 years of engineering, R&D and business development experience in IR and UV technology. A mechanical engineer with an MBA, he co-founded specialist IR and UV research, design and manufacturing business RND in 2010, and continues to lead the company alongside his new role with us - bringing an active, hands-on engineering and manufacturing perspective to the support he provides here. His experience spans product development, equipment design, technical sales and international market development.

In his new role, Neil will lead the technical direction of our Solutions business, working closely with our engineering, sales and applications teams to develop bespoke IR and UV configurations for customers. He will also support technical sales and continued product advancement across our wider IR and UV portfolio.
